The Parish Council meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month in the ClayTAWC Centre.All meetings start at 7 p.m. and the public are very welcome to attend.There is a regular agenda item of 10 minutes duration when members of the public may speak and raise their particular concerns.

PCSO.McRobbie reported that there had been 8 reported crimes during February.Of these 8 offences 2 concerned theft from vehicles both of which were insecure.PCSO McRobbie emphasised that all vehicles and houses should be locked when unattended.
Councillor Greenslade reported that the report of the Planning Inspector concerning the Public Inquiry into the ‘incinerator’ had been passed to the Secretary of State for a final decision.This could be as early as April.
The Council approved grants to the St Denys Beaders Group (£70) and the newly formed St Dennis Carnival Committee (£500).
Representatives of the Parish Council hosted a meeting with the residents of Dunstan Close to discuss the ‘play area’ between School Lane and Dunstan Close. The ‘play area’ which is owned by Highgrove Homes Ltd has not been maintained properly by the Company and the residents agreed to form a ‘Residents Group’ to look into the possibility of maintaining the land themselves. The Council agreed to contact Highgrove Homes Ltd on the residents behalf to see if a meeting could be arranged with the Company to discuss this possibility and other issues.
