Mr A.Orchard was co-opted onto the Parish Council to fill the current vacancy.
PC Dingle presented his report for June which showed that there were 10 reported crimes of which 6 had been detected and the offenders warned.
The Council received an address from representatives of Restormel Credit Union who wished to establish an office in St Dennis.
The Council agreed to support a small working group which will consider ways to reintroduce a parish magazine.
Council received and approved a report from the Planning Committee meeting held on 14th May.
The ROSPA annual inspection report on the Play Area which stated that there were no high risk areas was noted.
A donation of £250 to Young People Cornwall was approved to assist in organising summer activities for young people in the Clay villages including St Dennis.
The Council noted that the County Council was requiring an agreement under the Highways Act between themselves and Goonvean Ltd with regard to the proposed road cross-over the B3279.The agreement would be aimed at reducing the risk to road users to a minimum and that planning consent would be withheld until the agreement was concluded.
