Press release for St Dennis Parish Council meeting July 2007

 

  1. Council received a talk by Mr.S.Foster (Monitoring Officer of Restormel Borough Council) on the new Model Code of Conduct 2007.

  2. Council formally adopted the new Model Code of Conduct 2007 in full with the addition of the non mandatory clause 12(2)which will allow Councillors with a prejudicial interest in a subject to speak on the subject matter but not vote.

  3. PCSO Fisher presented the police report which showed that there had been 7 reported crimes in June of which 4 had been detected and the offenders warned.

  4. Council approved reports of the Planning Committee meetings held on the 12th and 26th June.
